Choice of Centre Pasta Plates: Organizers must choose 3 of the following 5 days prior to party
Choose 3 from the following: Organizers must choose 3 of the following at least 5 days prior to the party. The meals will then be served alternatively.
Individual Entrée’: The entrée is alternate and is served individually rather than in the centre for all to share
Centre platters: Meals are served in the centre of the tables so that guests are able to help themselves to the meals they enjoy. Similar to a private smorgasbord.
